Let’s take a deeper look at Orlando, Florida Real Estate Stats from November 2024. The State of Florida releases the stats a few months after they collect all the numbers and this is why we are looking at the final numbers for the month of November 2024. Single Family Home Listings were up, Inventory was up, Median Sale price was up. Townhouses / Condos, Listings and Inventory were both up, Median Sale price was down. Overall trend still shows a strong real estate market and I expect 2025 to be a strong real estate market. As an agent licensed in Florida and in Virginia I track several major cities and follow the markets.
